Summary
Join Bloomreach, a global leader in personalization technology, as a Senior Channel Partner Manager. Manage and expand our digital agency/SI/GSI partner ecosystem globally. Negotiate agreements, spearhead partner enablement, and collaborate on outbound campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue. Work closely with internal teams to maximize sales and recruit top partners. Qualify inbound customer requests and ensure partners are trained for successful project delivery. Requirements
- 5+ years of managing digital agency/SI/GSI’s and/or technology partner relationships for Content Management Systems or marketing software companies
- Experience working with top digital agency/SIs/GSIs selling Content Management and/or marketing solutions to enterprise accounts
- Experience co-selling with digital agency/SI partners in enterprise accounts
- Proven experience to enable Partners into programs
- Ability to work on strategies to build, grow and maintain a healthy Partner Ecosystem
- Ability to navigate in a complex internal org structure, engaging with Key stakeholders inside the organisation and to secure resources
- Able to consistently generate incremental pipeline through partners
- Strong consultative selling ability - critical questioning, listening, analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal sales, marketing, product, and services teams
- Self-starter with a high energy level and proven track record of over-achievement
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Experience using sales CRM automation tools
Responsibilities
- Manage digital agency/System Integrators and Global System Integration partners
- Engage key technology partners and Marketing Agencies in region to drive pipeline
- Negotiate mutually beneficial commercial agreements with partners
- Spearhead partner enablement across the content business unit ensuring partners are trained from first point of contact through to successful project delivery
- Collaborate with partners on outbound campaigns to build joint pipeline
- Drive partner sourced opportunities for Bloomreach
- Work closely with Bloomreach sales, marketing, product and services teams to maximize revenue for Bloomreach
- Provide regular and accurate updates on partner sourced account opportunities
- Recruit leading Content Management System digital agency/SI/GSI partners to build Bloomreach practices
- Enable Partners about the Bloomreach Extended Product offering
- Qualify inbound end customer prospect requests inline with the Content ICP
