Summary

Join Coupa as a Sr. Manager Partner Ecosystem in ANZ to drive growth of the partner ecosystem in Australia and New Zealand. This role focuses on developing and managing strategic partnerships within the Consulting, Implementation & Advisory (CI&A) Partner Program. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and sales leadership to increase Annual Contract Value (ACV). The ideal candidate has experience in enterprise software, managing CI&A partners, and driving partner influence on sales. Responsibilities include managing and supporting the partner ecosystem, leading business development, developing annual business plans, building relationships with partner executives, and serving as the primary contact for partners. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a background in channel and partner development, sales and marketing or account management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship/team building and account management skills
  • Leadership qualities that reflect a self-motivated individual with the ability to work as part of a team
  • 5 to 7 years’ experience selling enterprise software directly to end customers and/or channel development / strategic alliance experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and support the partner ecosystem and Coupa sales teams within the region, ensuring joint sales motions and effective communication
  • Lead regional business development efforts and joint account planning for partners and Coupa sales
  • Develop annual business plans with partners, including pipeline growth, and conduct quarterly business reviews for goal alignment
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with partner executives and sales teams, and coordinate shared PR and marketing activities
  • Serve as the primary contact for partners, coordinate new business activities, manage deal registration, partner enablement, and partner communications, and oversee partner onboarding
