Summary
Join Stripe's Partner Marketing team as a leader in EMEA, defining the partner marketing investment model and strategy. You will build joint marketing plans with strategic partners, execute co-marketing campaigns, and drive customer acquisition and activation. This role offers the opportunity to build the strategy and growth plan for the partner marketing function locally and influence global priorities. Responsibilities include working with various teams to build a go-to-market strategy, executing co-marketing plans, building joint messaging, defining priorities and investment models, driving adoption of scalable marketing programs, integrating regional partners into Stripe-led campaigns, administering market development funds, aligning with global partner marketers, collaborating with regional marketers, tracking performance, and managing a team. The ideal candidate possesses extensive B2B marketing experience, global team experience, strong communication skills, and proven ability to influence and measure marketing ROI. Experience in the payments or FinTech industries is preferred.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience
- Experience working as part of a global marketing team with execution across different regions
- Proven ability to influence and guide the partner’s marketing leadership team to align on objectives and deliver against joint marketing priorities and plans
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that demonstrate proven leadership capabilities and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience shaping joint messaging with partners
- Demonstrated experience in measuring and improving the ROI of marketing investments through an indirect business model leveraging partners
- Deep understanding of the user journey through and with a partner channel and funnel, sales cycle and product lifecycle and their respective requirements on the partner marketing organization to drive attach, growth and revenue
- Superb organization and project management skills and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once; you’re a master juggler and don’t let it get the best of you
- Experience in managing distributed team across different timezones
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Alliances & Channels, regional Sales and Marketing teams to build a go-to-market strategy for our Services, Technology and Platform partners in globally in the regions (EMEA, APAC, AMER)
- Execute co-marketing plans and activities (e.g. joint email campaigns, co-branded webinars etc.) with partners to drive scaled acquisition of new users and product upsell through partners, and create sales pipeline with and through partners
- Build joint messaging and produce bespoke co-marketing activations with your portfolio of partners
- Define priorities, investment model, scaling mechanisms and success metrics for our marketing efforts with regional partners globally
- Drive adoption of scalable marketing and enablement programs, and influence the global partner marketing roadmap to serve regional partners
- Integrate regional partners into Stripe-led campaigns by collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams such as Campaigns, Regional Marketing, and Demand Generation
- Administer and optimize market development funds with each partner to drive ROI
- Align and work closely with Global Partner marketers to extend and land global initiatives in the regions
- Collaborate closely with our regional marketers to ensure partners are represented in local GTM initiatives
- Track and measure performance of co-marketing activities and share learnings with the rest of the team to identify the most impactful levers to drive customer acquisition and activation through platform partners
- Manage a team of high performing partner marketers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a highly dynamic, high-growth tech company
- Experience in the payments, financial technology, or adjacent industries or marketing FinTech solutions
- Experience with demand generation marketing or product marketing
- Experience working closely with partners to build joint marketing plans and execute marketing programs and campaigns that drive new customer acquisition and pipeline generation outcomes
