Summary
Join Wiz, a rapidly growing cloud security company, and lead the global partner marketing strategy. As Director, Partner Marketing, you will build and evolve the global partner marketing strategy across CSPs, integrations, and strategic alliances. You will collaborate with sales, alliances, and field marketing teams to define priorities and drive pipeline influence. Responsibilities include creating scalable campaign frameworks and empowering regional field marketers. Success will be measured by defined metrics and continuous optimization. This role requires 6+ years of B2B partner or field marketing experience, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B partner or field marketing, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS
- Experience working with cloud providers, technology partners, or GSIs/MSPs
- A strategic mindset with the ability to turn big-picture vision into practical, repeatable programs
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you’re comfortable working with sales, product, and regional teams
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work streams in a fast-moving environment
- A builder’s mindset — you’re energized by creating structure where none exists

Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the global partner marketing strategy across key partner categories: CSPs, integrations, and strategic alliances
- Partner with sales, alliances, and field marketing to define priorities, goals, and plays that drive pipeline and influence
- Create scalable campaign frameworks, messaging, and tools that empower our regional field marketers to activate with partners locally
- Align with global partner sales leaders to ensure marketing efforts support joint business objectives
- Define metrics for success, track performance, and continuously optimize based on results
- Serve as the connective tissue between partner marketing, sales, and product GTM teams
