Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B marketing with deep experience in partner, channel or ecosystem marketing (SaaS experience strongly preferred)
- Proven experience building and scaling partner programs globally or across multiple regions
- Ability to switch between strategic planning and hands-on execution
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and align stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience creating partner-facing assets and internal documentation
- Highly organised, proactive and resourceful; you’re comfortable operating independently in a remote-first environment
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo (or similar tools), and community platforms
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver scalable global marketing strategies to support partner acquisition, engagement and enablement across all regions
- Define annual KPIs and performance targets for global partner marketing; monitor and report on progress monthly and quarterly, making strategic optimisations as needed
- Identify and act on global opportunities to improve partner marketing performance, efficiency and consistency
- Own global initiatives such as the development and rollout of the 2026 Partner Program, and enhancements to referral and reseller processes
- Monitor operational and strategic developments across the business to proactively assess potential impacts, positive or negative, on the partner channel. Ensure early visibility, alignment and risk mitigation by coordinating cross-functional communication and working to surface, solve or leverage partner-related considerations
- Manage all incident-related communication to the partner channel globally by ensuring the partner lens is applied in response planning, and that any outages or service issues are clearly communicated in a way that equips partners with timely support and guidance
- Work closely with Sales Ops, CRM and MarOps teams to ensure alignment and optimise partner-related funnels, reporting and campaign tracking
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Digital, Sales, Enablement and Customer Success to develop go-to-market strategies and drive global consistency
- Own strategic marketing relationships with key global and high-potential partners, identifying opportunities, supporting execution, and coordinating efforts between the partner marketing and wider marketing teams
- Ensure internal teams are equipped with the tools, templates and frameworks needed to support and scale the partner ecosystem
- Collaborate with regional Partner Marketing Managers to ensure alignment on campaign execution, regional initiatives and global strategy
- Provide extra hands-on support to regional teams where needed, e.g. drafting case studies, running webinars, building email campaigns, or launching regional rollouts of global tools
- Manage and grow our global partner community with Partner Marketing Managers, supporting the community platform content strategy, engagement initiatives and knowledge-sharing resources
- Maintain partner enablement resources including co-marketing guidelines, website strategy, and brand compliance
- Own and manage partner-related website content globally, working with the web team to ensure accuracy, clarity and alignment with our brand narrative
