Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or recruitment
  • A flexible schedule and availability for overtime is required

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage a high volume of tasks and projects, even under tight deadlines and pressure
  • Build strong interpersonal relationships and rapport with representatives and team members
  • Work closely with the different departments to ensure projects and client requests are met
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for representatives throughout the project assignment and execution
  • Interview and screen potential representatives/merchandisers for stores retailers' visits
  • Explain work opportunities and answer representatives/merchandisers questions
  • Ensure a positive representatives/merchandisers' experience throughout the project execution
  • Explain work opportunities and answer representatives’ questions
  • Ensure a positive representative experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with your Team Lead and other team members to meet staffing needs
  • Maximize earned revenue against project contracts
  • Execute tasks essential for achieving project success
  • Identify and match service partners with clients, resolving roadblocks when they arise
  • Gather client feedback to improve our services and work cross-functionally to prioritize improvements
  • Set appointments for prospective representatives in specific stores to complete projects

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in retail projects is a plus
