Summary
Join Trax Retail as a fully remote Regional Recruiter, based in Central America or Mexico. Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or recruitment
- A flexible schedule and availability for overtime is required
- Ability to manage multiple projects with set deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage a high volume of tasks and projects, even under tight deadlines and pressure
- Build strong interpersonal relationships and rapport with representatives and team members
- Work closely with the different departments to ensure projects and client requests are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact for representatives throughout the project assignment and execution
- Interview and screen potential representatives/merchandisers for stores retailers' visits
- Explain work opportunities and answer representatives/merchandisers questions
- Ensure a positive representatives/merchandisers' experience throughout the project execution
- Explain work opportunities and answer representativesβ questions
- Ensure a positive representative experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with your Team Lead and other team members to meet staffing needs
- Maximize earned revenue against project contracts
- Execute tasks essential for achieving project success
- Identify and match service partners with clients, resolving roadblocks when they arise
- Gather client feedback to improve our services and work cross-functionally to prioritize improvements
- Set appointments for prospective representatives in specific stores to complete projects
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail projects is a plus
