Summary

Join Anomalo as Regional Sales Director - US East and drive revenue growth, expand customer base, lead sales team, and work closely with stakeholders to build relationships and develop strategic enterprise sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience building and developing large teams of enterprise sales representatives preferably at a start-up
  • Experience building and scaling a team: hiring, onboarding and off-boarding sales teams
  • Experience building sales pipeline including outbound demand generation into Global 2000 customers, including selling to C-level executives
  • Experience with MEDDIC principles and sales process improvement
  • Deep knowledge of the modern data stack and our ecosystem
  • Ability to work and co-sell with key data & analytics partners including Snowflake, Databricks, GCP, Alation, AWS, and Azure, as well as key system integrators
  • Ability to quickly learn Anomalo’s value proposition so you can support your team throughout the sales process and overcome objections and contractual hurdles with customers

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and manage a team of Sales Directors (Enterprise Account Executives)
  • Enable your team to drive opportunities using MEDDIC principles. Define success criteria for demos / POCs. Identify key stakeholders within opportunities. Articulate ROI relevant to key stakeholders
  • Quickly learn Anomalo’s value proposition so you can support your team throughout the sales process and overcome objections and contractual hurdles with customers
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across Anomalo, including product, marketing, engineering and G&A
