Requirements
- 10+ years of field sales experience within the SaaS or related industry
- A strong knowledge of solution selling and high-velocity sales practices
- Proven track record of building a region from scratch
- High level of competence and ability to present and position yourself professionally and empathically at all management levels (including C-Level)
- Existing wide network of contacts in specific industries or Enterprise accounts and ability to grow a network
- Ability to approach new prospects, transform them into satisfied customers, and deep understanding of the requirements of enterprise companies
- Exceptional management, interpersonal, written, and presentation skills; all-round exceptional communicator
- Extensive experience with lengthy sales cycles and the independent management of key accounts
- Ability to work in a structured, organized, and goal-oriented way
- Track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement
- University Degree in Business/Engineering or other relevant studies
Responsibilities
- Manage complex sales cycles and contract negotiations with decision-makers and key C-level executives
- Spot opportunities for co-creation in the sales funnel to develop high-revenue, high-risk deals
- Manage the end-to-end sales process of Robovision, including coordinating with internal resources and participating in bid teams with (Pre-Sales) engineers, product management, finance, and legal
- Work with channel and technology partners for maximum effectiveness, scale, and delivery
- Keep meticulous notes to track engagement with prospective customers, using CRM and other sales tools
- Conduct regular sales and forecast calls with the team and superiors. Forecast accuracy is a primary performance metric
- Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
- Work closely with both the post-sales and product team to ensure perfect alignment between product-market fit and launching in a market
- Have a strategic presence at physical and online events relevant to your focus market to represent the company
- Manage people if needed, but more oriented towards managing whale-type accounts

- Strong knowledge of data science, AI, or industrial automation
- Ability to think beyond the sales cycle, including input on how to improve marketing, sales collateral, customer success, or other internal processes
