Summary
Join Snappt as a Regional Sales Director (Account Executive) to identify and pursue new business opportunities and manage customer relationships in the Northeast US. You will generate new business by acquiring new customers and expanding existing contracts. You will be supported by Customer Success and Sales Enablement teams and marketing efforts. Requirements
- 4+ years of direct SaaS selling experience
- SaaS technology sales experience with a demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Proven approach to prospecting and hunting for new business opportunity
- Willingness to test/learn new techniques, tactics, processes and GTM methods to find repeatable success and overall intellectual curiosity
- Demonstrable success creating business in new markets
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing business landscape
- High levels of coachability and open-mindedness to be successful

Responsibilities
- Own and manage to an annual/quarterly target for new sales (bookings) that expand Snapptโs revenue and market presence
- Create and close new and expansion business opportunities across Snapptโs Enterprise business segment, namely with owner/operators and third-party fee managers with portfolios of 5,000 to 30,0000 units
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and contracting to close business in service of aggressive sales goals
- Create and work opportunities and leads from prospecting, partners, existing clients, and marketing
- Work with Marketing to follow up on events, campaigns, and leads
- Create specific, actionable territory plans to ensure coverage and presence in your assigned market(s) and maintaining Snapptโs leadership position
- Work with Customer Success to develop account expansion plans, with a focus on retention of existing business and growth within existing accounts
- Identify and engage relevant decision-makers and influencers within target & regional accounts
- Identify, explore, and document relevant customer challenges
- Deliver compelling value-based conversations to identify pain and address customer challenges
- Deliver an accurate and monthly and quarterly forecast to ensure proper business alignment
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets as defined by sales leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- A mix of start-up and prop tech software company experience
- Successful experience selling PropTech solutions in the greater multi-family ecosystem
