Summary
Join MCA Connect as a Data, Analytics and AI Sales Executive and be responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets for MCA Solutions, Advanced Analytics, and Power Platform services. This senior role involves managing the entire sales lifecycle, collaborating with Microsoft, building client relationships, and articulating the value proposition of MCA Connect offerings. You will need to stay informed about industry trends and work closely with internal teams. The position requires a proven track record in data and analytics sales, experience with CXO-level stakeholders, and a deep understanding of cloud-based data and AI services. Requirements
- Have 5+ yearsโ data and/or analytics sales and negotiation experience
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 3+ years data and/or analytics sales and negotiation experience
- Have an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Engage and manage relationships with CXO level stakeholders, cultivating strategic partnerships
- Demonstrate experience growing market share, meeting sales targets, and collaborations with partners for optimal business results
- Have experience selling public cloud-based Data, Advanced Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) services
- Have experience with Azure Cloud Platform
- Have experience selling Analytics / Data Products and Services
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle and drive revenue by prospecting, acquiring and developing new and expanding business with clients, primarily within the manufacturing sector, focusing on companies seeking to enhance their operational efficiency using analytics and data-driven decision making
- Work collaboratively with Microsoft to co-sell and drive pipeline through strategic relationships and adding value
- Expand network with Microsoftโs multiple sales organizations and increase MCAโs market share and brand awareness within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers, to understand their business challenges and position solutions to meet objectives and solve business challenges
- Articulate the value proposition of Microsoft and MCA Connect offerings and tailor communications to address the unique needs of each client with measurable business outcomes
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Use this knowledge to position MCA Connect as a thought leader and trusted advisor for the use of data, advanced analytics, and Artificial Intelligence in manufacturing
- Lead a complex sales process that requires organization, attention to detail, diligence, and creative problem solving with a client-centric approach
- Work closely with the MCA Connect pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to provide a seamless transition from prospecting and sales to implementation, ensuring a positive outcome for clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, including revenue goals, quarterly quotas, and other performance metrics
Preferred Qualifications
Have working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 or similar technologies
