Summary
Join Altium's dynamic sales team as a Regional Sales Manager in Munich, Germany! Lead a team of inside sales representatives to achieve ambitious business objectives and market growth plans. Leverage data-driven systems, provide accurate forecasts, and optimize regional goals. Develop automated systems, recruit and train a high-performing sales team, and maintain a strong understanding of competitive products. Build collaborative relationships with internal teams to achieve company targets. Requirements
- A self-directed, resourceful, highly driven professional with a demonstrated record of using sales systems to exceed targets
- Experience working directly with sales operations and other business units
- Able to operate in a high-volume transactional sales model
- Salesforce expertise; can interpret, analyze, review, and comment in detail on the Salesforce Wave dashboards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to travel 20% of the time
Responsibilities
- Fully leverage data-driven systems and processes in pursuit of these goals
- Helping customers discover the full value of long-term subscription commitments, auto-renewals, permanent customers, and Altium brand loyalty
- Provide detailed, accurate weekly forecasts to senior management; analyze sales to take corrective action when needed
- Optimize regional and territory-based goals as part of the company sales plan
- Develop automated systems and processes that provide easy access to additional Altium products and services in collaboration with senior sales management
- Recruit and develop a motivated, results-oriented sales team, and provide the coaching and training to support their success and retention
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of competitive products and services
- Build influential, productive relationships with Marketing, Sales Ops, Business Intel, and other internal teams to develop and achieve company targets
Preferred Qualifications
- A college degree or relevant experience, with five or more years of sales leadership
- Knows or can learn Marketo, SFDC Analytics Studio, and other data systems
- A history of directly leading sales teams, raising their impact and influence through a collaborative approach
