Requirements

  • Located and authorized to work in a country within the assigned territory
  • Professional fluency in both Dutch and English

  • Established connections in the consumer electronics industry
  • The ability and willingness to travel within the BeNeLux region to meet with potential and current accounts
  • An advanced degree in Business or a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience growing new and existing sales channels for a consumer electronics or gaming hardware brand
  • Demonstrated experience improving sellout in retail channels, growing a brand's presence, and improving the relationship of a brand with account managers/other important points of contact
  • Demonstrated alignment with Glorious’ core values: taking ownership, working collaboratively, showing respect, being curious, and acting both quickly and decisively

Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute new growth opportunities in the assigned region, both online and in physical retail locations, of varying sizes (big box, independent retailer, etc.)
  • Grow existing accounts by proactively managing the relationship optimizing the product mix, creating new promotional offerings, and improving sellout
  • Work with the regional marketing team to increase turns of products, improve displays, and align on or execute promotional strategies
  • Monitor all weekly orders and work with both the Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure proper and timely fulfillment
  • Manage all customer systems that require Glorious information, including online product setup and enhanced or β€œA+” content requests
  • Share reporting on all activities, accounts, and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional fluency in French and/or German
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with data and sales analysis tools including PowerBI
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Google Workplace/Microsoft Suite
  • Demonstrated experience with project management software like Asana
