You will lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve net new customer acquisition targets. Responsibilities include managing sales team performance, building customer relationships, and overseeing recruiting, coaching, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate possesses 7-10 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets, along with strong leadership and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in business or finance is preferred, as is experience with EOR, Payroll, or HR in a tech company. Requirements
- 7-10 years’ experience in sales, with a track record in meeting sales targets
- Successful previous experience in sales leadership, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or finance discipline
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing sales team and guide them to achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding client needs
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executive team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working for a tech company focusing on EOR, Payroll or HR preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, and other standard tools used within the Sales and Marketing function is strongly preferred
