Summary

Join Netradyne, a leader in fleet safety solutions, as a Regional Sales Manager and drive revenue growth across North America. This remote position requires exceeding sales targets, prospecting commercial fleets, and developing territory plans. You will showcase the Driveri™ platform's value, manage sales processes through Salesforce, and forecast business accurately. Success demands strong sales experience, ideally in high-tech, and the ability to lead complex prospect engagements. Requirements

  • 5+ years’ complex sales experience, preferably in a high technology industry
  • Possess the core competencies and behaviors of a high-performing regional leader including identifying customer needs, articulating our service offerings and capabilities, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Able to lead highly complex prospect engagements in working with a team comprised of sales development, solution engineering, field engineering, customer success, finance, fulfillment, and more
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, marketing, economics or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce.com (or other CRM system) to manage contacts and track sales process and manage pipeline opportunities
  • Experience using email engagement platforms that drive top of funnel while performing account planning, and generating performance reports
  • Able to travel up to 50 percent of the time or as business dictates

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets for the assigned territory
  • Targeted prospecting of companies in the commercial vehicle industry
  • Own the development of a healthy pipeline of opportunities sufficient to support your bookings objectives leveraging a multi-faceted prospecting plan
  • Develop and implement territory plans; maximizing exposure and opportunities
  • Clearly demonstrate to prospects the value proposition of the Driveri™ platform
  • Document, track prospecting and forecast activities and opportunities through salesforce.com
  • Accurately forecast your business to the rest of the organization
  • Be active in the growth of our start-up; be flexible, be deployable and be ready
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the fleet safety or fleet management industry is a “nice to have” but not required
