Summary

Requirements

  • Positive, self-motivated attitude with a drive to succeed
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Sales experience, especially in territory management or B2B sales, is a plus
  • Experience in plastic packaging or with automotive OEMs is helpful, but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales-related software
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and solution-selling skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and manage existing accounts in the Southeast USA region
  • Prospect, make cold calls, send emails, and visit potential clients to drive sales
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize sales revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Use CRM/ERP software to manage sales forecasts, quotes, and opportunities
  • Attend industry events and participate in networking opportunities
