Requirements
- Strong background in the manufacturing or construction industry
- Proven track record of growing territories, developing new business, and expanding market share

- $80,000 - $100,000 a year
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region to expand the companyβs footprint
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adjust sales tactics accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., estimating, engineering, operations) to deliver accurate proposals and ensure smooth project execution
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to represent the company and generate leads
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to company leadership
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's product and service offerings, pricing, and value proposition
