Summary

Join a leading U.S. supplier of nutritional raw ingredients as a Senior Sales Representative! Develop and execute territory sales plans to drive revenue in assigned U.S. regions. Manage existing accounts and develop new leads, focusing on raw ingredients like collagen, amino acids, vitamins, and botanical extracts. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, sharing market trends and product knowledge. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery. Expand your book of business using existing client relationships in the supplement industry. Travel monthly for trade shows, site visits, and client meetings. This role offers a hybrid or remote work option.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in nutritional raw ingredients, dietary supplements, or related sectors
  • Strong U.S. client base or established distributor network in the supplement space
  • Deep understanding of raw material sourcing, pricing, and market dynamics
  • Excellent sales communication, client relationship, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly self-driven, accountable, and responsive to performance metrics
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. for client needs or events
  • Hybrid: Based in Montclair, CA office and manufacturing facility
  • Remote: Open to qualified candidates in East, South, and Midwest regions
  • Travel: Approx. once per month (flexible based on territory and pipeline)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to drive revenue in assigned U.S. regions (East, South, Midwest), focusing on raw ingredients such as collagen, amino acids, vitamins, and botanical extracts
  • Manage a combination of existing house accounts and self-developed leads, maintaining consistent follow-up and relationship cultivation to maximize retention and upsell opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by sharing relevant market trends, product knowledge, and application insights to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams—including supply chain, logistics, finance, and quality—to ensure smooth and timely delivery from our California-based inventory
  • Expand and maintain a strong book of business using your existing client relationships in the supplement industry
  • Travel monthly as needed for trade shows, site visits, and client meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated $6M+ annual sales performance preferred
  • Strong familiarity with the vitamin ingredient category is highly preferred
