Summary
Join our team as a Regional Vice President, responsible for achieving ambitious life premium sales goals and providing external wholesaling support to a select group of Brokerage General Agencies (BGAs) in the Midwest. You will manage all aspects of the distributor relationship, including sales, marketing, underwriting, and pending case advocacy. This role requires overnight travel, face-to-face meetings, and web-based distributor contact. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, superior sales and relationship building abilities, and 3-5 years of external life insurance wholesaling experience at the BGA or carrier level. A comprehensive understanding of life insurance products, sales concepts, and technical literacy, including proficiency in illustration software, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus. FINRA Series 6 or 7 and state life and health licenses are required, and CLU, ChFC, or other professional designations are highly desired. Requirements
- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Have 3-5 years external life insurance wholesaling experience at the BGA or carrier level
- Have an extensive understanding of life insurance products and related sales concepts
- Have sound technical literacy to include basic understanding of illustration software, Excel, and Power Point
- Hold FINRA Series 6 or 7 and state life and health licenses
- Be a highly motivated, organized team player
- Have a proven track record of developing and successfully executing territory sales plans
- Have a proven track record of achieving sales goals
