Summary

Join Hippocratic AI as a part-time contractor to help evaluate and refine our medical Large Language Model. This remote, US-based role requires fluency in English and Arabic, with experience working with patients who speak Arabic. You will assess the model's accuracy, advise on linguistic and cultural nuances, and review error reports from simulated patient interactions. The initial contract is for one month, with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will possess a valid nursing license and strong communication skills. Requirements

• Nursing License: Valid nursing license in your practicing country
• Fluency in language: Proficiency in both general and medical
• Experience with Patients speaking with the specific language: Demonstrated experience, preferably in a clinical setting
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and effectively
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, especially in identifying and addressing language and cultural nuances in medical communication

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Medical Model: Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of our multilingual speaking model, ensuring it aligns with clinical standards and cultural expectations
• Provide Insights: Advise on linguistic and cultural nuances to improve patient communication and model effectiveness
• Review Error Reports: Analyze and provide feedback on error reports from simulated patient calls, identifying areas for improvement
• Ongoing Support: Offer continued evaluation and advice as the model evolves
