Partner Relationship Manager

Summary

Join Koala Health, a company aiming to simplify pet health management, as a Partner Relationship Manager. You will be responsible for building partnerships with veterinary clinics nationwide, managing the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals. This role requires strong prospecting skills, experience in B2B sales within the veterinary or animal health industry, and proficiency in using CRM software like Salesforce. You will present Koala's solutions to veterinary practices, adapting to their specific needs. After closing a deal, you will collaborate with the onboarding team for a smooth transition. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment and possesses excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year minimum of B2B sales experience, ideally within the veterinary or animal health industry
• Experience within the veterinary or pet care industry a must
• Strong prospecting skills with a track record of generating and closing your own opportunities
• Experience in cold calling and outbound outreach
• Comfort using Salesforce or similar CRMs to manage pipeline and track performance
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle sales process from prospecting and outreach to demo and close
• Conduct cold calls, send emails, and use LinkedIn or other strategies to connect with decision-makers
• Present and pitch Koala’s solution to veterinary practices, adapting to each clinic’s needs
• Track your pipeline and progress using Salesforce
• Collaborate with the onboarding team for a smooth handoff after the sale
• Stay informed on trends in veterinary medicine and pet health
