Requirements
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, sourcing >50% of your own pipeline
- Have a strong track record in Enterprise SaaS sales, having closed many $100k sales, and overachieved $1M+ quotas consistently
- Have won competitive rip-and-replace opportunities of core/platform technologies
- Be highly skilled at discovery and establishing a point of view, validating or refining your perspective to identify a project's business drivers aligned to executive priorities
- Have strong business acumen and connect the dots between technical problems and their downstream business impacts
- Craft compelling business cases
- Confidently deliver micro-demos before engaging your SE partners
- Be fluent in the product you sell
- Excel at clear communication, asking questions with precision and explaining complex concepts in simple terms
- Skillfully guide prospects through the evaluationโengaging the right stakeholders at the right time to create consensus for a strategic technology decision
- Enjoy becoming an expert and tailoring discussions to address each prospectโs unique challenges
- Be detail oriented, writing and sending crisp follow-up emails on time
- Take pride in internal operations, like real-time CRM updates
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through to closed-won
- Focus on new logo acquisition
- Cover a smaller number of existing business accounts for expansion and upsell
Preferred Qualifications
- Be fluent in German, French, or Spanish
- Have experience selling to Talent or People leaders
