Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales/account management experience required
  • High school diploma required, advanced degree preferred
  • Must be skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and CRM
  • Excellent interpersonal skills working with our field sales team to deliver and exceed sales objectives
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office developing presentations
  • Ability to work very well in a fast paced environment and willing to work some nights and weekends to help assist at trade shows/events
  • Incredible organization skills filtering quality and quantity leads
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to persuade others to challenge perceptions and thoughts
  • Ability to speak clearly and communicate so others will understand
  • Ability to be self motivated working independently to achieve sales objectives

Responsibilities

  • Research existing customers to identify new workflow opportunities
  • Contact and present the new workflow opportunities to these customers
  • Deliver sales of Workflow Expansion Packs as the path to new workflows
  • Contact dental practitioners, dental labs, KOLs in the designated territory and close them on consumable sales
  • Work closely with channel partners to jointly sell new workflow solutions
  • Coach channel partners to enable them to expertly sell new workflows, SprintRay materials, and services
  • Utilize the support team to address any service/implementation concerns that doctors may have with SprintRay ecosystem
  • Provide monthly budgeting information to their manager and maintain records of expenses
  • Meet quotas for production on a monthly/annual basis
  • Deliver presentations to doctors virtually
  • Email/text and call clinicians offices routinely, uncovering new opportunities, new products and generating significant consumable revenue to achieve plan
  • Perform data entry into CRM tool, maintaining customer records tracking phone calls and reporting business development activity to sales team; report all activity to manager weekly

Job description

Location: Remote/ Territory: Mountain (UT., AZ, NV., WA., CO.)

As the SprintRay Account Specialist you will focus on creating sales revenue by contacting SprintRay’s existing customer base web based leads and internal marketing leads helping drive Sprintray’s Recurring Value (Resins, Accessories, and Services) ecosystem of products. You will be responsible for serving new and existing accounts, developing relationships with providers guiding them through their digital 3D printing journey and facilitating ongoing consumable orders, new product launches, and new product workflows. You will be based in our corporate office or remote, and will work very closely with our marketing team and DSS team to serve new customers and assist with repeat orders after the initial sale. This individual must be able to perform at a high level with limited direct supervision.

Target Salary Range: $60,000 - $81,000

Actual compensation packages consider a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The estimate provided has not been adjusted for all of these factors. At SprintRay, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The total compensation package for a position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, and/or other applicable compensation.
