Remote Accounting and Audit Management - Apprenticeship

Join our fast-growing startup, Pubstack, as an apprentice to contribute to the monitoring of accounting operations and participate in the management of the company's accounts.

Requirements

• 12/24 months apprenticeship
• Basic knowledge of general accounting
• Good knowledge of Excel/Sheets (complex formulas)
• Knowledge of accounting software (Pennylane) would be a plus
• Excellent analytical skills and curiosity around numbers
• Fluency in English & French
• Proactive, structured, organized
• Strong collaborative and cooperative mindset that can work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to make suggestions for continuous process improvement

Responsibilities

• Entry of routine accounting transactions
• Billing management
• Participation in account closing
• Support for audit missions
• Regulatory and tax monitoring
• Participation in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs)
• Management tools optimization
