Summary

Join OneIMS as an SEO Digital Account Manager and oversee client relationships while executing and optimizing SEO strategies. Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or client-facing role
  • Have a proven track record of improving organic search visibility and driving results for clients
  • Possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and Google Analytics
  • Have excellent project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple client accounts and deadlines
  • Possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Have up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and industry trends
  • Have experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS understanding
  • Be willing to learn and adapt to new AI-powered SEO tools and technologies
  • Have strong business acumen with the ability to understand various business models and align SEO strategies accordingly
  • Have strong Marketing ops skills with proficiency in HubSpot

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and delivering exceptional support and strategic guidance
  • Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to each client’s unique goals and industry landscape
  • Lead and coordinate SEO initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables and effective collaboration across internal teams
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance and ROI
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and oversee the implementation of recommendations to improve website performance and crawlability
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-driven content strategies that align with client goals and target audience needs
  • Develop and execute ethical link building strategies to improve clients’ domain authority and organic rankings
  • Perform regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Create and present comprehensive SEO reports, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the agency’s overall SEO knowledge base and best practices
  • Continuously optimize SEO strategies based on performance data and emerging trends to maximize client results
  • Stay updated with and learn to use AI-powered SEO tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of SEO strategies
  • Understand clients’ business models and recommend appropriate marketing operations tactics to drive conversions and achieve business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience with local SEO and e-commerce SEO strategies
  • Have familiarity with paid search (PPC) and its interaction with organic search
  • Have knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Have certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications
  • Have experience with or enthusiasm for learning AI-powered SEO tools
