Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA preferred
- 5+ years of public accounting experience or 7+ years of industry experience
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day general accounting operations
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process
- Prepare quarterly SEC reporting package
- Support the internal and external audit process
- Manage full-cycle AP using Bill.com
- Review vendor invoice, account coding and prepare annual 1099 reporting
- Review and reimburse employee expense reports
- Oversee reconciliation of corporate card statement
- Prepare annual tax packages requested by Corporate Tax Department
- Prepare and submit property taxes and SF business taxes
- Train and mentor the team
