Remote Accounting Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• CPA preferred
• 5+ years of public accounting experience or 7+ years of industry experience

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day general accounting operations
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process
• Prepare quarterly SEC reporting package
• Support the internal and external audit process
• Manage full-cycle AP using Bill.com
• Review vendor invoice, account coding and prepare annual 1099 reporting
• Review and reimburse employee expense reports
• Oversee reconciliation of corporate card statement
• Prepare annual tax packages requested by Corporate Tax Department
• Prepare and submit property taxes and SF business taxes
• Train and mentor the team
