Summary
Join Illumio's agile Sales team as an Account Development Representative (ADR) and contribute to the company's sales pipeline and revenue growth through lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and account-based prospecting activities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales development experience, software technology preferred
- Sales hunter mentality with demonstrated ability to engage in meaningful conversations
- Expertise in developing value-based prospecting, account mapping, lead development, and sales qualification
- Proficiency with marketing & sales technologies, such as Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc
- Self-starter that can manage themselves and not rely on others to tell them what to do
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and conduct outbound prospecting
- Own account-based prospecting activities in assigned region
- Generate prospecting campaigns to canvass and map target accounts
- Manage inbound leads qualification and channel engagement
- Provide proactive sales development coverage via phone, email, and social selling tactics
