Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in consulting, professional services or other related field
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI or related field
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts
- Experience with writing prompts and best practice prompting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with SQL and Python preferred
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively
- Exposure to early-stage startups, preferably B2B SaaS
Responsibilities
- Work hand in hand with our Product Manager to develop and validate AI-powered features, with a focus on prompt engineering and concept validation
- Write and refine AI prompts for new product concepts and enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions
- Implement and deploy LLM-powered coaching agents that understand complex tasks and provide accurate, contextually-relevant responses
- Evaluate and improve existing LLM-based models for effectiveness, scalability, and efficiency
- Design and implement improvements in user experience through novel applications of LLMs
- Gather and prepare datasets for concept validation, integrating diverse data sources to enhance AI coaching models
- Conduct rapid experimentation to optimize outcomes and user interactions
- Foster a data-driven culture through experiment review and reporting
- Study user behavior and collaborate with product team to help inform development priorities
- Support full-stack development needs across both front and back end as needed
- Provide technical support for broader science and software development initiatives
