What You Will Do

Join us as an Accounts Payable Analyst and become a vital part of our financial team! You’ll support our payables process, ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time. We’re looking for a detail-oriented team player with a solid understanding of accounts payable and accounting practices. Don’t miss this chance to elevate your career and make a real impact!

Responsibilities

• Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry.
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
• Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation.
• Support month-end close responsibilities through reporting and reconciliations.
• Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.
• Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems.
• Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.
• Comply with national and local financial regulations.

Who You Are

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, and a high degree of accuracy when performing data entry.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Ability to work remotely effectively with superb time management skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of GAAP Accounting principles.
• Experience with Microsoft products, including intermediate Excel skills (knowledge of v-lookups and SUMIFs), Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information.

A bonus if you have the following:

• Experience in accounts payable (or accounts receivable).
• Experience with T&E process and policies.
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP.
• Experience with AP software and online platforms.

Salary Range Opportunity:

• The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $70,000 + 10% annual bonus

Compensation Philosophy & Total Comp:

• Our salary ranges are based on verified market data and our philosophy of paying competitively for our size and industry
• Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company
• In addition to base salary, full-time team members receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K 6% match, and monthly reimbursements for wellness and home office.
