Requirements

  • Ability to work remotely effectively with superb time management skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of GAAP Accounting principles
  • Experience with Microsoft products, including intermediate Excel skills (knowledge of v-lookups and SUMIFs), Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information

Responsibilities

  • Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry
  • Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
  • Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation
  • Support month-end close responsibilities through reporting and reconciliations
  • Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process
  • Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems
  • Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting
  • Comply with national and local financial regulations

  • Experience with T&E process and policies.
  • Experience with NetSuite or other ERP.
  • Experience with AP software and online platforms.

Reports to: Manager, AP

Location: Remote

Type: Full-Time, exempt

Salary Range Opportunity:

  • The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $70,000 + 10% annual bonus

Compensation Philosophy & Total Comp:

  • Our salary ranges are based on verified market data and our philosophy of paying competitively for our size and industry
  • Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company
  • In addition to base salary, full-time team members receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K 6% match, and monthly reimbursements for wellness and home office.
