Summary

Join Anatomage, a leading healthcare technology company, as an Application Specialist. This remote position, based in Tampa, FL, Atlanta, GA, or Oklahoma City, OK, focuses on customer engagement and training on Anatomage products. Responsibilities include conducting in-person and virtual training, developing training resources, providing technical support, and contributing to internal projects. • This role requires travel approximately 25% of the time to customer sites across the US
• Bachelor's degree in Anatomy, Biology, Chemistry or any other related sciences
• 2+ years of professional experience

Responsibilities

• Product training and demonstrations (up to 25% travel required to customer sites)
• Develop product contents and activities for customers
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware support issues
• Provide on-call product support for US customers in Southeast and Southwest time zones
• Project research and development as needed
• Present team accomplishments and progress

Preferred Qualifications

• Tutoring or teaching experience
• Experience in sales or customer service
• Experience in the medical or dental industry
• Familiarity with anatomy
• Experience with technical support
• Genuine customer empathy, eager to learn and assist
