Remote Application Consultant I

Summary

Join our team as an Application Specialist and work on customer engagement and experience within the Anatomage Table team, training customers, preparing resources, answering inquiries, and gathering feedback to improve product quality.

Requirements

• Strong software and technology knowledge
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to speak with educational instructors and medical professionals and ask intelligent questions
• Customer Outreach
• Problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and responsible
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Product training and demonstrations (up to 25% travel required to customer sites)
• Develop product contents and activities for customers
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware support issues
• Provide on-call product support for US customers in Southeast and Southwest time zones
• Project research and development as needed
• Present team accomplishments and progress
