Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation operations, with a proven track record of supporting sales growth
- Demonstrated ability to partner with Go-To-Market teams and cross-functional departments to drive alignment and results
- Strong quantitative skills, with high proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce.com
- Must have the ability to influence and work collaboratively at all levels of the organization
- Exceptional communicator with excellent presentation skills, adept at engaging diverse audiences and conveying complex ideas with clarity
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, bringing a confident, customer-focused approach to problem-solving and delivering top-quality work
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, open to feedback, and adaptable in collaborative environments
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret quarterly performance data and utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and operational strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all EMEA campaign issues, including pacing, delivery, and quality assurance
- Provide regular, detailed reports on program status and operational concerns to operations leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives
- Ensure adherence to established processes for escalation and issue resolution, driving operational consistency across the region
