Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language (minimum C1)
  • Passion and drive to do modern product discovery and rapid opportunity validation
  • Big picture thinking with a growth mindset and the ability to lead a team through ambiguity
  • Conviction to do the right thing for users, with humbleness to listen and learn
  • Curiosity to know the competitive set and anticipate evolving consumer trends
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver winning presentations
  • Passion for building usable, delightful products that innovate rather than imitate
  • Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
  • Flexibility to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
  • Experience with analytics and experimentation
  • Comfortable with making decisions

Responsibilities

  • Leading the product discovery process from defined outcomes to iterative delivery
  • Developing a deep understanding of customer needs and business strategy
  • Identifying opportunities that can positively impact the product and propel it to new heights
  • Translating these opportunities into actionable roadmaps
  • Prioritizing and validating opportunities efficiently
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to pursue and validate opportunities
  • Leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to gain insights into customer needs and market dynamics
  • Driving the execution of all product lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and delivery
  • Communicating the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and aligning the team with market demands
  • Collaborating with the B2C Product Manager to create an ecosystem between the two products, fostering a symbiotic relationship
  • Working closely with business development and product marketing teams to support product efforts
