Remote Behavioral Care Manager Lead

Join Bend Health's clinical team as a full-time Behavioral Care Manager Lead and help shape the future of pediatric mental health. This role will lead Behavioral Care Managers, develop processes for the BCM team, manage caseloads, and participate in training on our proprietary curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and lead Behavioral Care Managers
• Develop processes and infrastructure for BCM team, with an aim to improve member satisfaction, provider satisfaction and scale effectively and efficiently
• Monitor team KPIs and a clear framework to measure success and accountability
• Manage caseload and conduct evaluations on a weekly basis, enabling understanding of where the process needs improvement
• Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model
• Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help our clients meet their goals successfully
• Lead 1:1 meetings with direct reports
• Partner closely with others in our clinical team, including psychiatric providers, therapists, nurses, and behavioral care managers
