Requirements
- You bring a can-do attitude and arenβt afraid to roll up your sleeves to figure things out
- Youβre a true generalist, able to seamlessly switch contexts across different areas of business operations
- 2-3 years of experience in business/marketing/revenue/sales operations, finance at a venture-backed startup, strategy consulting, and/or investment banking
- Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similar field
- Based in the US
Responsibilities
- Developing Core Functions: Collaborate with our Head of BizOps & Finance to build and improve finance, HR, legal, data, and IT functions, ensuring the company is positioned to achieve its goals
- System and Process Design: Create and implement systems and processes that support these core functions, driving scalability and efficiency as we grow
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with various departments to ensure alignment on operational goals, maintaining transparent and consistent communication
- Generalist Support: Act as a strategic generalist, providing expertise across business operations, including project/program management, data analysis, and other key initiatives
- Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex, multi-departmental projects to ensure alignment with company goals and successful outcomes
- Reporting and Insights: Analyze, review, and report on key financial and operational metrics, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights to the executive team
