Requirements
- Systemic and analytical thinking
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes (complex logic affecting one service or simple logic affecting multiple services)
- At least 2 years of commercial experience working as a business analyst or similar position in an Agile environment
- Ability to understand business requirements and transform them into technical requirements
- Knowledge of basic software development methodologies
- Understanding of the full software development lifecycle
- English language proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken communication)
- Ability to work with tools such as JIRA, Confluence or similar (project management tools); Office 365; visualization tools (Figma, Axure RP or similar)
- Experience using techniques, methodologies, and tools for modeling business processes
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to comfortably collaborate with diverse stakeholders (internal and external)
- Experience integrating with external platforms
- Ability to work independently, propose solutions, and take initiative
Responsibilities
- Tightly collaborate with key stakeholders (internal and external) to understand their business challenges and resolve complex issues
- Analyze, identify, and document business requirements and transform them into technical requirements
- Work with UX/UI specialists, product managers, project managers, and technical writers to create product plans, plan, develop, deliver, and support software products
- Prepare and manage technical requirements throughout the software development lifecycle
- Create and present proposed solutions to key stakeholders (internal and external)
- Collaborate with development teams
- Participate in User Acceptance testing
- Initiate and manage collaboration with colleagues to ensure quality and determine best practices
- Create concepts for solutions that improve our product and meet client needs
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree certificate, technical experience in software engineering, knowledge of the content production process, both in pharmaceuticals and overall
