Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrable experience delivering solutions around Business Intelligence
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data set
• Experience in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into uses cases in ADO (with descriptions, acceptance criteria, functional and non-functional requirements)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical audiences
• An ability to present visualisations/reports in a business context to business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders and SME's to capture and agree reporting and analytics requirements and provide guidance to the BI Development team
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define business intelligence needs and objectives
• Developing and documenting business requirements for BI solutions
• Analyzing data and generating meaningful reports that support strategic decisions
• Utilizing BI tools to visualize data and present findings to stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements through data analysis
• Ensure consistent use of standard business terminology and data sources
