Requirements

  • A proven track record of exceeding outbound pipeline generation targets at a startup
  • Interest in B2B marketing, marketing automation and using AI to scale personalization
  • Experience working cross-functionally with both sales and marketing leaders to hit revenue goals
  • Excellent time management skills that can be shared and spread throughout the team
  • An exceptionally high performance bar for oneself and everyone on the team. Unafraid to communicate what's working and what needs to change when things aren't working
  • Someone who is energized by ambiguity and can create structure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Leverage tools like Unify, Clay, Salesloft, ZoomInfo and 6sense to rebuild Mutiny's outbound program from the ground up
  • Experiment and iterate on different ways we can automate our outbound program while giving prospects a 1:1 feel
  • Work alongside our Head of Revenue Marketing to co-own pipeline creation
  • Once it's time to scale, you'll have the chance to hire, onboard and train new BDRs
  • When you're managing a team, you'll help with territory planning, account segmentation and shape how BDRs work with AEs
