Responsibilities

- Follow a solutioning based sales approach that addresses the pain points of clients
- Ability to reach out to CXOs and senior leaders in the Finance / IT identify opportunities and provide a customized pitch of the Easebuzz product suite
- Develop and work in collaboration with Channel Partners for generating new opportunities
- Understand the market and produce the USP’s of the in-house products that are developed
- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis
- Hunter Instinct: Identify and open new organizations as clients and strategic partners
- Strong Interpersonal skills, long term dedication in the Business Development for the company
- A professional with good communication skills and ambition to grow in life
- Overall responsibility for Sales/Account Management/Sales Strategy
- Develop a relationship with an existing set of clients
- Responsible for acquisition, Revenue maximization, and Client retention
- Analyse data trends and client performance, develop solid strategic sales plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and sales presentations
- Increase sales of the Company’s products and achieve the agreed targets within the key accounts
- Analysed sales performance based on defined key performance indicators, and to set up improvements to reach the best results
