Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in marketing/BD in the web3 industry preferable with crypto exchanges
  • Native/Professional Dutch/French/German speaker, fluent in both written and verbal English, fluent in additional language is a plus but not a must
  • Strong understanding in current web 3 trends, market dynamics, and key players
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Workspace, Gleam, Twitter Analytics, and content management systems
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as: Twitter/x, tiktok, facebook, instagram, youtube, telegram, discord, etc
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and derive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Must be based in Europe timezone

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Dutch/French/German Managing KOLs & Affiliates: Research, identify and establish relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the crypto space in specified regions
  • Collaborate with KOLs and affiliates to enhance brand visibility and promote Bitmart’s existing products/services within the Web3 community to achieve the growth target every quarter
  • Develop and implement strategies to leverage KOLs and affiliates for effective marketing campaigns
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of KOLs and affiliates
  • Drive more quality KOLs and affiliates to work with Bitmart
  • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of marketing activities, ensuring consistency with the overall marketing strategy
  • Monitor and analyze OKRs to measure the success of marketing initiatives
  • Regularly update and manage content across various marketing channels, including regional social media, websites, and other platforms
