Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 8+ years of experience in business analytics, management consulting, or corporate strategy roles preferably within the SaaS or technology industry
- Deep proficiency in using SQL for querying databases and R for statistics and data analysis
- Well-developed proficiency with data visualization to tell compelling stories that clearly and persuasively communicate strategic insights
- Excellent cross-functional project management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to create strategic project plans, track progress, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed, remote work organization
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for analyses, develop and manage project plans to conduct these analyses, and communicate progress and findings
- Gather and analyze data from various sources (internal systems, external data, market research) and conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights leading to business opportunities and strategic recommendations
- Create reports and visualizations that convey clear messages to a diverse audience utilizing the recurring revenue reporting tool (Maxio), R, SQL, Power BI, etc
- Distill complex analyses to clear and impactful audience-targeted presentations with key findings and recommendations. Create dashboards to support ongoing strategic decision-making
- Share knowledge throughout the organization through technical and non-technical reports and documentation
- Troubleshoot issues with standard reports and collaborate closely with stakeholders on reporting difficulties, partnering with IT on rules for data preparation, cleansing, and reporting tools to meet business needs and encourage best practices
- Analyze and evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Measure and track the impact of process improvements on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Benefits
Base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $115,452 - $173,178 annually + applicable bonus
