Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or a related role
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling and ETL development
- Strong expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
- Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
- Familiarity with Advertising Technology or Advanced TV domain
- Enthusiasm for generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and conversational interface
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work independently
- Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights
- Must be able to communicate with U.S based teams
Responsibilities
- Design and develop data models, data warehouses, and ETL processes to support business intelligence and reporting needs
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Explore and integrate generative AI technologies, such as GPT4, to enhance data-driven insights and streamline the process of creating actionable recommendations for clients
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
- Integrate data from disparate sources, including third-party APIs and external databases, to provide a comprehensive view of business performance
- Optimize queries and data pipelines for performance and scalability to ensure timely access to critical business data
- Implement data quality checks, validation processes, and data governance practices to maintain data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including data scientists, product managers, and executives, to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Create and maintain documentation for data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the business intelligence team
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics, and recommend improvements to our data stack
