Remote Business Operations Associate

Requirements

• 2-3+ years experience in either management consulting or in a strategic operations role in a healthcare startup
• Excellent analytics skills. You can run ad hoc analyses using SQL and Google Sheets, you can build dashboards in Google Sheets and Tableau
• Excellent business case and financial modeling skills. You can build a financial model to drive strategic decisions
• Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, and ability to make a complex financial analysis understandable for a clinician or a care coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead business operations projects including initiatives to improve patient intake and scheduling efficiency, reducing administrative burden for our clinicians, building dashboards to evaluate our team’s performance against outcome metrics, and managing certain on-going operational processes
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives as the business demands. This can include projects like new service lines, new strategic partnerships, new state expansions, etc
• Support broader Operations team and other teams across Cartwheel such as Clinical Care and School Success in evaluating needs, running analyses, and implementing new initiatives to drive quality and performance
• Flex into other roles internally as demanded by the business. Potential functions could include executive support responsibilities like steering quarterly and annual planning processes, supporting People team with capacity modeling or workforce analytics, or supporting Health Plan Ops with strategic initiatives to drive revenue and collections
