  • Generate reports and analyze data on client projects for regular meetings and monitoring
  • Reconcile project budgets, revenues, and expenses across databases
  • Work with client sales colleagues to ensure that data is entered in an accurate and timely manner
  • Run monthly project check-in meetings
  • Ensure client assets (e.g., receipts, sales collateral, etc.) are captured and stored alongside all other project assets
  • Investigate the current state of organizational business development processes and document them using process flow or similar formats
  • Develop suggestions on how to improve the efficiency, speed, and impact of the client organization's business development
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize process improvement and create change management plans
  • Maintain organizational process documentation throughout change management and process evolution

Business Operations Program Manager

Rate: $40-45/hr on a W2, Remote

Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20+ years of experience delivering consulting services to global technology leaders in the US, is seeking an experienced Business Operations Program Manager to support our tech client.

In this role, you will support client Learning & Certifications (L&C) programs, driving process efficiencies while maintaining program transparency. You will be responsible for documenting current processes, identifying process improvements, and maintaining current reporting and accounting processes that support the organization, accelerate growth, and maximize visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder management - must be able to effectively communicate with leadership
  • Generate reports and analyze data on client projects for regular meetings and monitoring
  • Reconcile project budgets, revenues, and expenses across databases
  • Work with client sales colleagues to ensure that data is entered in an accurate and timely manner

  • Project management skills including scheduling, financial reporting, performance reporting, communications, issues/risks/actions management, procurement management, and other key PM skillsets
  • Demonstrated ability to self-manage
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure

Details of Position:

  • Remote
  • $40-$45/hour, Consultant, Contract Opportunity on W2
