Remote Business Operations Program Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business operations, data analytics, procurement, or project management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and management
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights for operational decisions, insights, and areas for improvement
• Manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Research and identify potential vendors and service providers, conduct due diligence and evaluations, benchmark against relevant quality and service standards, and effectively communicate benefits to Local Operations teams
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best terms and pricing for the organization
• Monitor vendor performance through regular reviews and feedback sessions, addressing any issues promptly
• Evaluate existing workflows and operational processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Make recommendations to improve end-to-end processes and impact to Owners, Guests, and internal stakeholders

Benefits
