  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in collaborating with C-level executives to drive strategic decisions
  • Fluency in German is required, as our customers communicate in German

Responsibilities

  • Lead your segment’s financial performance, including budget planning, financial forecasting, and reporting
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment between Product, Sales, Marketing, and other teams
  • Define the overarching vision for the segment, visualise your ideas, lead the most critical growth initiatives, and align strategies with corporate goals
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to establish segment pricing and go-to-market strategies that support growth and market positioning
  • Apply proven product and project methodologies to support on discovery, validating assumptions, and guiding new features towards Product-Market Fit
  • Focus on customer needs, ensuring that your segment remains market-driven and positioned as a leader
  • Identify opportunities for product scaling, leveraging market trends and data insights
  • Drive the overarching integration of potential Partnerships and M&A deals
  • Guide and mentor a cross-functional business segment, offering support and strategic insights to foster professional growth and ensure alignment with segment objectives
