Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business managerial or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in business process analysis, business analysis, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or other BPM software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documenting processes and workflows
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document current business processes, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Recommend and implement process changes that drive measurable improvements
- Collect data through interviews, document analysis, process observation, and process simulations to understand workflows and dependencies
- Create detailed documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and flowcharts, to accurately represent current and proposed processes
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document their needs, translating them into process and business requirements that support organizational goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Product, to ensure alignment on project objectives, requirements, and solution design
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of process changes
- Participate in project planning, execution, and post-implementation analysis, supporting initiatives that lead to greater process efficiency
- Maintain an ongoing commitment to continuous improvement, staying up-to-date on best practices, tools, and methodologies for process analysis and optimization
