Join our collaborative team of contract consultants as a Business Process Review Consultant with experience in the Jenzabar ERP system to help client campuses create efficiencies and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience leading, managing, or directing functional areas of an organization and/or with Jenzabar EX/J1 ERP implementation and migration of administrative systems in higher education
  • Jenzabar EX/J1 ERP experience
  • Solid leadership skills, including facilitating diverse groups, creating consensus building, and preparing the institution and individuals for change and ongoing continuous improvement
  • Demonstration of superior communication skills and the ability to provide a consultative approach to higher education clients
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating the diverse needs of functional areas including students, faculty, staff, and leadership across higher education institutions
  • Business process review experience, including reviewing and recommending policy changes, staffing and organizational alignment changes, and realignment of roles and responsibilities as appropriate
  • Demonstrated ability to map, leveraging Visio, current and desired processes with detail showing the various process steps and who is performing each step. This includes mapping out very complex and at times dysfunctional processes that have arisen over time in an institution
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in leading transformation efforts across campus

Responsibilities

  • Work with our client administrative teams, inclusive of student services operations, financial and human resource operations to re-imagine, redesign, and implement streamlined processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with technology and self-service, with a focus on improving the overall constituent experience and institutional effectiveness
  • Business process redesign, including reviewing and recommending policy changes, staffing and organizational alignment adjustments, and realignment of roles and responsibilities when appropriate
  • Facilitating client leaders to front line staff in evaluating current and designing future state processes with the constituents at the center
  • Work across campus to integrate processes and procedures, reviewing and revising policies and operations, and leveraging technology to drive efficiencies
