Responsibilities

• Developing negotiation and sales skills for new employees
• Assessing the effectiveness of training
• Conducting classroom and online trainings
• Participation in projects to implement customer focus in the ecosystem
• Exchange of experience with business trainers from other countries in our ecosystem
• Group coordination
• Filling out reporting files
• Communication with those responsible
• Creating requests to provide the required access
