Sales Trainer

Summary

Join Jacuzzi Bath Remodel, the fastest-growing business unit of Jacuzzi Group, as a Sales Trainer! This remote position, ideally based near Portland, OR; Seattle, WA; Phoenix, AZ; Tucson, AZ; Atlanta, GA; St. Louis, MO; Detroit, MI; or Miami, FL, involves training sales teams nationwide. You will host monthly virtual sales training classes, covering the entire sales process, from soft skills and in-home demonstrations to product knowledge and 'one-call-close' techniques. The role requires developing and enhancing training materials, utilizing technology to optimize learning, and conducting role-playing activities to build sales skills. Compensation includes a salary of $76,000+, plus benefits.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven Sales Training experience (training in one-call-close environments highly preferred!)
• Demonstrated sales success in the home improvement industry, preferably bathroom remodeling
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent presentation skills in front of large groups

Responsibilities

• Host Virtual Sales training classes on a monthly basis for our Jacuzzi Bath Remodel locations across the nation
• Assumes ownership of training the entire sales process to include; teaching soft skills, in home demonstrations, product knowledge and 'one-call-close
• Conducts role-playing activities to develop sales skills (negotiation, overcoming objections, and closing sales)
• Uses technology to enhance and optimize the learning opportunity
• Continually develops and enhances training materials
