In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues. Your commitment to excellent customer service will be vital in maintaining our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
