  • Create clear and effective communication plans, including messages, channels, and timing, to ensure that employees are well-informed about upcoming changes
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes on individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole. Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable
  • Background in professional services/consulting

66degrees is seeking a senior contractor to engage on an 8-week remote assignment for 20 hours per week, with potential to extend. Interested candidates should have the following required skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.

Qualifications

  • Collaborate with project teams and senior leaders to develop comprehensive change management strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Identify and analyze key stakeholders’ needs, concerns, and expectations related to change initiatives. Develop tailored communication and engagement plans to address these factors.
